What is Loadatum?

Loadatum is a handloading tracker for the reloading bench and the range. It keeps your component inventory, load recipes, and range session data in one place and connects them: logging a batch automatically deducts from all four component inventories, and logging a range group ties your results to the exact load that produced them.

What it tracks

Inventory. Brass lots (with times-fired tracking), primers, powder, and bullets. Factory ammo can also be tracked separately. Quantities update automatically as you log batches and range sessions.

Recipes. A recipe captures a caliber, component selections, charge weight range from your manual, and a target COAL. A recipe is the template; a batch is the actual production run.

Batches. Each batch records the actual charge weight used, quantity loaded, and COAL. Logging a batch deducts from all four component inventories in one step.

Range sessions. Log a visit to the range, then record groups against the specific batch you are shooting. Distance, group size, shot count, and any notes stay linked to that batch and load. Rounds fired deduct from inventory.

Analytics

The dashboard shows rounds on hand by recipe, recent batches, and inventory levels. The Analytics section covers cost per round, powder consumption by recipe, and monthly batch history. Pro adds full analytics history, recipe performance stats across range sessions, and velocity data.

A free account covers the core workflow: up to 5 recipes, 10 calibers, 10 bullet entries, 5 primer entries, 5 powder entries, and 30 days of analytics history. Batches and range sessions are unlimited on both plans.

Pro removes those limits, unlocks full analytics history, adds chronograph data (velocity, SD, ES) per range group, and enables firearm profile tracking with per-firearm analytics and maintenance logging.

Who it is for

Loadatum is for reloaders who want structured records of their loads and results. The web app is the primary interface and is designed to work on a phone at the range. A native mobile app is in development.
