Canceling your subscription

Cancellation is handled through Stripe's billing portal. When you cancel, your access continues until the end of your current billing period. Your data is preserved in full after that.

How to cancel

Go to Settings and find the Subscription section. Click Manage billing to open the Stripe billing portal. From there you can cancel your subscription, update your payment method, or download invoices. After you are done, Stripe returns you to your Settings page.

What happens immediately

Nothing. Canceling schedules the subscription to end at the close of the billing period you have already paid for. You keep full Pro access until then.

When Pro access ends

Pro access ends at the close of the billing period. After that, your account reverts to the free plan. All Pro features are hidden: firearm tracking, chronograph data, full analytics history, and maintenance tracking. The data behind those features is preserved and restored if you resubscribe.

Your data

Nothing is deleted when your subscription ends or when you cancel. Firearms, maintenance records, range groups with velocity data, and any other Pro-feature data stay in your account. They become accessible again immediately if you resubscribe.

Refunds

Subscriptions are non-refundable. If you cancel mid-period, you retain access through the end of that period but no partial refund is issued.
