Resetting your password

If you have forgotten your password, you can request a reset link from the login page. The link is sent to the email address on your account and expires after 60 minutes.

Requesting a reset link

On the login page, click Forgot password? next to the Remember me checkbox. Enter your email address and click Send reset link. You will see a confirmation message regardless of whether an account exists for that address. This is intentional: it prevents anyone from using the form to find out whether a given email is registered.

Using the link

Check your inbox for an email with the subject Reset your Loadatum password. Click Reset Password inside the email, enter a new password of at least 8 characters, confirm it, and click Reset password. You are then redirected to the login page where you can sign in with your new password.

If the email does not arrive

Check your spam or junk folder first. The link in the email expires after 60 minutes. If it has expired, return to /forgot-password and request a new one. Each new request invalidates any previously sent link.

If the link says it is invalid or expired

The link can only be used once and expires after 60 minutes. Return to the login page, click Forgot password? again, and request a fresh link.
