About Loadatum
Loadatum is a purpose-built handloading tracker. If you reload your own ammunition, you know the challenge: component quantities, charge weights, brass lifetime, and range results are scattered across logbooks, spreadsheets, and memory. Loadatum puts all of it in one place and keeps it up to date automatically.

Component Inventory
Brass is tracked by manufacturer, headstamp, and times fired. Retirement thresholds are configurable per lot or globally. The app warns when a lot approaches retirement but never retires it automatically. Primers, powder, and bullets each have their own inventory with cost tracking. Every time you log a batch, quantities are deducted from the correct lots.
Load Recipes
Each recipe specifies a powder charge range sourced from your reloading manual. When you log a batch, the app compares the charge weight against that range and flags it if it falls outside. Recipes carry through the full data chain: every batch, range group, and performance metric traces back to the recipe that produced it.
Batch Logging
A batch records a production run against a recipe, capturing the charge weight thrown, how many rounds were loaded, and which brass lots were used. Cost per round is calculated from the actual per-unit costs you entered for each component. Each batch creates an ammo inventory entry that tracks rounds remaining as you shoot them.
Range Sessions
Log shooting sessions with groups tied to specific batches. Record group size measurements, shot count, distance, and session conditions. Pro users can log chronograph data (velocity, SD, and ES) per group. Over time, the recipe analytics page shows which of your loads performs best.
Analytics
The analytics section shows which loads produce the tightest average group sizes, how your powder inventory is consumed month by month, and a cost breakdown across your components. Free accounts see the last 30 days; Pro accounts see the full history.
Reference Loads
The reference loads browser surfaces curated data from published reloading manuals including Hodgdon, Alliant, Accurate, and Vihtavuori. Saving a reference entry creates a recipe in your account populated with the published charge range and component specs. It's a starting point for your own load development, not a finished load.
Built for the range
Every screen in Loadatum is built mobile-first. Log a range session, add a group, and check your ammo inventory from your phone at the range over cellular. No laptop, no paper logbook.
About the developer
I'm Anthony, a software engineer who has spent about a decade building software for small businesses.
I got into shooting a couple of years ago, starting with a .357 lever action and revolver, and started reloading not long after. What surprised me was how much the hobby generates: components to track, charge weights to record, brass lifetime to manage, range results to compare. I couldn't find anything that kept it all in one place, which made it genuinely hard to spot patterns and improve. Loadatum is what I built to fix that.

I verify entries against manufacturer and published source data before adding them, so a name and a source to look up goes a long way. I usually turn those around within a few days, and feature requests are welcome there too.
