Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Loadatum at loadatum.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. The Service
Loadatum is a handloading tracker that lets you manage component inventory, load recipes, and range session data. A free tier and a paid Pro subscription are available. Features available on each plan are described on the Pricing page .
2. Your Account
You must provide an accurate email address when registering. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. One account per person. You must be at least 18 years old to use Loadatum.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to access another user's data
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the API
- Attempt to circumvent plan limits or billing
Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Pro subscriptions are billed on the cycle you select at checkout (monthly or annual). Billing is handled by Stripe. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided except where required by applicable law.
We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice to active subscribers.
5. Your Data
You own your data. We store it to provide the service and do not claim any rights over it. See our Privacy Policy for details on how data is handled and how to request deletion.
6. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, hosting incidents, or circumstances beyond our control may cause downtime. We are not liable for losses resulting from service unavailability.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Loadatum is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make no warranty that the service will be error-free or that data will never be lost. You are responsible for maintaining your own records for safety-critical reloading data.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Loadatum's liability for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data is deleted per the retention schedule in the Privacy Policy.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Washington State.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
